La plupart du temps « sollicitée pour instaurer l’équilibre et révéler la vérité, Xɛbioso incarne la force de la nature tout en symbolisant les principes de justice qui guident les fidèles dans leur quête d’harmonie spirituelle » (République du Bénin, 12).
